The villas are located at a distance of 1km from Falassarna beach. Falassarna beach is well known for its white sand and the crystal-clear water. The guests can easily approach them by car. The lovers of the natural life can go there by bikes or even on foot in a few minutes. In a distance of a few meters, there are Greek traditional taverns as well as a mini market.

Each of the villas has at its disposal a property of 2.500sqm. Natural fences give to the villas absolute privacy as the guests have not visual contact with each other. Each one has access to a large number of outdoor areas.

Villa Elia covers an area of 135sqm. This Villa in Falassarna has two levels and it is built with all due respect to the environment. One veranda with pergola is in front of the living room furnished with a round table of 4-6 people suitable for taking your breakfast enjoying the outstanding natural beauty of the area. From the living room there is also access to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever necessary for a nice and cool living. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, an espresso as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, boiler, pots and pans are included. A round wooden table for 4-6 people can be used for dining as the interior setting have nothing to jealous of the outdoor one as two large glass doors offer direct view to the Sea of Crete. The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. They are found at the ground floor. In the bedrooms dominate the colors of Cretan scenery.
